The color can be changed free of charge, but it must be requested before you place the order, moreover it must be on the entire model and not just on a part of the model.

If you want to change the color on only one part, this requires customization and additional costs may be required.

To change several different colors, we will proceed either by changing the color of the filament and/or adding acrylic or other paint on the part of your choice.

The same goes for the dimension of the object. They can be modified for an additional fee and you will have to request it before finalizing your order or in writing.

One or more other parts can be added, removed or modified from a model (additional costs). You will also have to request it if possible, and this before finalizing your order either by specifying the requested modifications in the comment on the order page or by writing to us.

*** However, there will be no refunds or returns possible on a model that has been modified or customized (color, size, modification, etc.), if the model is different from the original version that is sold, unless the model is defective.
