Return and Refund Policy

WARRANTY RETURN and REPLACEMENT

In the 30 days (from date of delivery) – REFUND with no specific reasons

If misused or used outside the specified limits, the product will NOT be refunded.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Order specially ordered or/and modified from the original model do NOT qualify for a  refund and return (eg: color, part added, removed, or modified,  dimension, and modification which is not included in the original model).

Order with no defect, not specially ordered and not modified are refundable but subject to a 10% restocking fees + the buyer is responsible to pay the return fees.

Exchange for a different item, is NOT accepted.

In the 30 days (from date of delivery) – REFUND – DEFECTIVE PARTS

Defective parts, accessories, power supply, cable, connector, and similar items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost when the part is defective not due to misused or used outside the specified limits, in this case the product will NOT be refunded and the warranty becomes void.

The client is responsible to return the defective part at his expense and clearly write on the return package the mention “DEFECITVE ITEMS”. In this case we full refund the amount paid in tax and custon fees paid on original order.

Exchange for a different item, is NOT accepted.

After 30 days (from date of delivery) – REFUND with no specific reasons

No items will be accepted for refund.

After 30 days (from date of delivery) – RETURN – DEFECTIVE PARTS

(Except electronic parts, cable and similar)

Defective parts, negligence, accident, broken parts will be replaced with the same new part at 50% of the cost of the part + all transport shipping fees.

Exchange for a different item, is NOT accepted.

No return is necessary.

After 30 days (from date of delivery) – RETURN – ELECTRONIC BOARD, POWER SUPPLY, PLUG, CABLE AND SIMILAR

No return or refund request will be accepted.

If replacement is needed, the client will have to re-order the needed part at his expense.

After 90 days (from date of delivery) – ALL ITEMS

No Return and Refund  request is accepted past 90 days

If replacement is needed, the client will have to re-order the needed part at his expense.

WARRANTY & REPAIR DEFECITIVE PART

3DPrincart has the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the outlined return criteria.

We do not repair, and fix, defective or broken accessories or parts. We simply replace the parts with a new one. So, you do not need to send it back to us.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Parts covered under warranty and approved will be replaced under the terms provided here. All shipping, transport, custom and other fees not described here, and not under our control will be at the charge of the client.

The customer must send to 3DPrintcart by email the proof of purchase, photo of the part and the serial number which is printed most of the time under the main part.

In certain case the replacement can be cheaper if the client buy the parts in his country because the client doesn’t have to paid for the transport, custom, and other hidden fees. In this case 3DPrintcart at its sole discretion, will refund the portion involved with a cash credit and upon customer’s request will provide (if available) the info needed to obtain the equivalent part at a competitive price.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Upon your request, a credit can also be applied in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you didn’t get our response, please contact us.
