Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Some electronic components, cables, LEDs, transformers, adapters cannot be returned. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards (no refund, no return)
  • Digital products (no refund, no return)
  • Discounted products (no refund, no return)
  • Products listed as Final Sale (no refund, no return)
  • Glue and paste tube or similar (no refund, no return)
  • Customized products made specifically for you (no refund, no return)

A product may, in certain circumstances, be non-returnable and have a limited refundable amount.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, a photo of the item or video of the articles all connected to the power supply whether it’s an LED component, transformer, or adapter. 

No items will be refunded or partially refunded within the covered warranty period without meeting its prerequisites.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Instruction sheet (if any, with obvious signs of use).
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Item returned due to mistreatment or other issues caused by the customer’s fault.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Damage fee

Late or missing refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchange

We do not accept exchanges once the items has been sent.

Shipping Costs

We strongly advise you to take out insurance with your chosen delivery method. 
This way you will have a tracking number in case the package does not arrive at its destination
 
Without this reference number, 3DPrintCart cannot guarantee whether the package has been delivered or not, and in that case, 3DPrintCart may deny your request regardless of how you request a refund.

Shipping return

Damage fee

You may be charged up a fee up to 50% of the item price when you return an item that is damaged, missing parts, not in original condition, has tags removed or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to an 3DPrintCart.com.

To return your product, you should first contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t refund and guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lost & Stolen Package

If your item is not delivered after a reasonable amount of time, or the package is damaged in the transport, your first course of action should be to contact us and the courrier.
