Yes, we have a program called Gift Card. Through this program, instead of issuing a refund, we can convert a specific amount into a gift card. This program can also be used to promote a product, particularly during the holiday season. Additional promotions and offers are available with our gift cards. For instance, a gift card allows you to apply its value towards your purchases of our products and services.
To check your gift card balance, you need to visit your account, My Account > Gift Cards section and enter your gift code.

If you redeemed the card to your account, the balance usually becomes store credit or appears under your account’s credit tab.

Yes, we offer this method of payment. You can make purchases using financing platforms such as Klarna and Afterpay on 3DPrintCart and pay for your order in multiple installments. In this case, you will be subject to their terms and conditions, which you must agree to.

3DPrintCart.com offers products crafted using our advanced 3D printing technology. We provide figurines, statuettes, monuments, and various other items available fully assembled or as kits, suitable for both office and home use, all made entirely with our 3D printing capabilities. We modify, design, and recreate a wide range of objects. For example, we can customize a broken object you own that is no longer available in stores, alter an item to meet your specific needs, or create a statuette you’d like to showcase in your living room (customizing its shape, color, size, design, base, inscribing your name or any text, etc.). We can also reproduce a mechanical component missing a gear or manufacture a specific hose or adapter according to your requirements.

We offer a wide range of products made with our 3D printers, including figurines, vehicles, monuments, and various home and office items that can either be redesigned or kept as they are to match your specific preferences and needs.

Shipping and delivery:
We will process and dispatch your order from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays in Canada and Quebec, within 24 to 48 hours after the order is completed. If you require any quotes or estimates, please feel free to contact us.
We ship internationally, with the exception of certain countries that are under embargo or subject to other international laws, as well as those in a state of war, countries where mail delivery is unreliable, and nations that do not uphold human rights.

3DPrintCart does not offer free shipping due to the complexities involved in tracking orders across different countries, considering postal rates, customs regulations, and international agreements.

We provide various shipping options: local, provincial, national, and international, which you may choose from.

However, customers or their designated representatives may collect their orders anytime from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays in Canada and the province of Quebec) between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, following notification that their order is ready for pickup.

It is recommended to purchase insurance, usually at a minimal additional cost, provided by the courier company you select when completing and paying for your online order.
